<p>Examid® PA66 GF50 Y is a heat-stabilized polyamide 66 with 50% glass fiber. The top rung of the PA66 GF line: tensile strength of 240 MPa, flexural modulus of 16,800 MPa, HDT of 250 °C at 1.80 MPa. A metal-replacement candidate after part-level validation.</p>
<p>Cold performance is proven at −30 °C: Charpy unnotched 90 kJ/m², notched 13 kJ/m² — the material does not embrittle in the cold, important for outdoor and automotive applications. Heat stabilization (Y) provides endurance in long-term hot-zone service.</p>
<p>Direct analog — Ultramid® A3WG10: a comparable profile with better economics. Processing: melt 285–300 °C, mold 80–120 °C, pressure 90–130 MPa.</p>

<p>Examid® PA66 GF45 Y is a polyamide 66 with 45% glass fiber: the sweet spot between GF30 and GF50. Tensile strength of 230 MPa, flexural modulus of 13,200 MPa, while Izod notched impact of 16 kJ/m² is noticeably higher than typical GF50 grades (10–13 kJ/m²).</p>
<p>A separate trump card is the predictable low shrinkage of 0.18% in flow and good flow (MFR of 28 g/10 min at 275 °C, 5 kg): stable filling and tight tolerances on medium and large parts. Water absorption of 0.31% is moderate for PA66 GF.</p>
<p>HDT of 250 °C at 1.80 MPa and a 260 °C melting point mean confident 120–150 °C service. The grade covers the range between Ultramid® A3WG7 and A3WG10 with an impact-strength advantage. Processing: melt 285–300 °C, mold 80–100 °C.</p>

<p>Unlike the natural PA66 GF30 Y, this grade comes in factory black with batch-to-batch shade consistency — eliminating masterbatch dosing and color-variation risk. MFR of 30 g/10 min (275 °C, 5 kg) is standard class flow.</p>
<p>The PA66 matrix retains stiffness at 120–150 °C where glass-filled PA6 gives up. Direct analog — Ultramid® A3WG6 BK: comparable mechanics with better volume-procurement economics. Processing: melt 280–295 °C, mold 100–140 °C, up to 20–25% regrind.</p>

<p>The practical consequence: parts are engineered to dry-as-molded data without humidity corrections — geometry and mechanics stay stable year-round, including water and humid-air contact. Flow shrinkage of 0.2%. HDT of 200 °C at 1.80 MPa.</p>
<p>The grade&#8217;s niche is structural parts in hydraulics, plumbing, outdoor assemblies and E&#038;E where PA6/PA66 GF50 drift with moisture. Processing: melt 250–270 °C, mold 80–110 °C. Analogs — glass-filled Ultramid® S Balance.</p>

This is metal-replacement territory — molded brackets and housings instead of aluminum castings and stampings.</p>
<p>The key feature is a high-flow formulation: MVR of 35 cm³/10 min (275 °C, 5 kg) fills demanding geometries despite 60% loading. Shrinkage is minimal and nearly isotropic: 0.2–0.25% flow / 0.3–0.35% transverse — tight tolerances without warpage.</p>
<p>Charpy impact of 110 kJ/m² unnotched and 22 kJ/m² notched — the best figures in the GF line. HDT of 215 °C at 1.80 MPa. Processing: melt 260–280 °C, mold 80–120 °C.</p>

<p>Heat stabilization enables long-term service at elevated temperatures, with HDT of 210 °C at 1.80 MPa. Flow-direction shrinkage of 0.2–0.4% keeps large structural parts dimensionally stable. Charpy unnotched impact of 90 kJ/m² — highly filled, yet not brittle.</p>
<p>Economically the grade beats PA66 GF50 where peak service temperature stays below ~120 °C: comparable mechanics at a lower price. Class analog — Ultramid® B3WG10. Processing: melt 260–280 °C, mold 80–100 °C, up to 25% regrind.</p>

<p>Examid® PA6 GF30 BK-R is a black polyamide 6 with 30% glass fiber based on 100% recycled polyamide feedstock. A position for projects where cost and recycled content (for ESG reporting) matter and mechanical requirements are moderate.</p>
<p>Honest numbers: tensile strength of 130 MPa and flexural modulus of 7000 MPa — 20–25% below virgin PA6 GF30. Meanwhile flow is high (MFR 45 g/10 min), and shrinkage and heat resistance (HDT 215 °C at 0.45 MPa) match virgin grades. For housings, medium-load brackets and internal parts this margin is sufficient.</p>
<p>Economics is the main argument: substantially lower price than virgin compound with consistent batch quality. Validate suitability for specific parts through batch testing.</p>

<p>Examid® PA66 GF30 Y is an injection-molding grade of polyamide 66 reinforced with 30% glass fiber, supplied in natural color (Y — Yellowish/Natural). A workhorse structural compound for load-bearing molded parts: high stiffness (flexural modulus of 8800 MPa), tensile strength of 180 MPa and excellent dimensional stability.</p>
<p>Compared to PA6 GF30, it offers a higher melting point (260 vs 220 °C) and an HDT of 245 °C at 1.80 MPa, providing a performance margin in the 120–150 °C range where glass-filled PA6 already loses stiffness. The typical choice for under-hood applications and structural components where PA6 GF30 falls short on heat resistance.</p>
<p>The natural color allows masterbatch coloring to any target shade or downstream painting. MFR of 31 g/10 min (275 °C, 5 kg) ensures reliable filling of medium-complexity molds at standard PA66 GF30 processing conditions.</p>
<p>A direct match in composition and property profile to Ultramid® A3WG6 — with comparable mechanics, Examid® delivers a cost advantage in volume procurement.</p>

  Examid® PA6 GF30 is a versatile, high-performance polyamide 6 reinforced with 30 % E-glass fibre, specifically developed for service under elevated mechanical and thermal loads. The material combines high stiffness, impact toughness and property stability under vibration and temperature fluctuations.

  High flowability and a heat-stabilized formulation ensure reliable mold filling and accurate part geometry, including thin-walled and complex designs. Thanks to frost resistance down to –30 °C and high flexural and tensile strength, Examid® PA6 GF30 is used effectively in technically demanding industrial components.

  The material outperforms standard glass-filled polyamide 6 grades in dimensional stability, creep resistance and retention of mechanical properties in harsh climatic conditions.
