										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Examid® PA6R G is an unfilled injection-moulding polyamide 6 based on recycled feedstock. It targets parts that need the full thermal performance of PA6 with a moderate mechanical margin: housings, brackets, internal structural elements and fastening parts.</p>
<p>Property levels are set relative to unfilled virgin injection-moulding PA6: tensile strength 68 MPa and tensile modulus 2640 MPa, roughly 20 % below virgin. Elongation at break and impact strength drop further — this is inherent to recycled feedstock, where reprocessing shortens the polymer chain and energy absorption suffers before stiffness does. The stated 12 % and 3.2 kJ/m² therefore reflect a realistic level rather than a conservative one.</p>
<p>What does not change: density, melting point 222 °C, HDT/B 187 °C, moisture uptake and processing windows. These are properties of the polymer and its matrix, and recycled feedstock does not shift them. In practice the thermal capability of the part matches virgin PA6; the limitation lies in mechanical loading.</p>
<p>A note on melt viscosity: recycled feedstock typically shows lower viscosity than virgin material, meaning a higher MVR. This affects machine setup — injection speed and packing should be re-optimised rather than carried over from a virgin grade. MVR is confirmed per batch.</p>
<p><strong>On the comparison baseline.</strong> The values above are referenced to an unfilled nucleated injection-moulding PA6. Nucleation increases crystallinity, so such a PA6 shows a higher modulus and lower elongation than standard non-nucleated grades. For PA66 the baseline is a standard unfilled injection grade. This is why the modulus of Examid® PA6R G exceeds that of Examid® PA66R G — a property of the comparison baseline, not an advantage of PA6 over PA66 as a polymer.</p>
<p>Formulation is matched to the application. The figures are typical for the class; the exact specification and batch variation range are agreed per application and fixed in the technical specification.</p>

<p>Examid® PA6 6027/1 is an unreinforced polyamide 6 developed for injection molding of cable ties, fastening elements and flexible technical parts. The property profile is task-optimized: tensile strength of 80 MPa combined with 42% elongation (dry) — the tie holds tension without breaking at the locking head.</p>
<p>After conditioning the material gains elasticity: Charpy unnotched impact shows no break, critical for ties operating under vibration and dynamic loads. This is standard behavior for PA6 in the cable-tie grade class.</p>
<p>Processing is straightforward: melt 240–260 °C, mold 60–80 °C — stable molding of thin locking bands in multi-cavity tools. The grade is positioned as a cost-efficient alternative to imported cable-tie PA6 with a comparable property profile.</p>

<p>Promyde® B30 P MID is an injection molding grade of polyamide 6 (PA6) with heat stabilization and medium-level impact modification. Grade designation: B — injection grade, 30 — relative viscosity η_rel ≈ 3.0 (low, suited to molding thin-walled parts), P — process-stabilized (improved processing stability), MID — Medium Impact (an intermediate impact strength level between standard PA6 and high-impact HI grades).</p>
<p>It is positioned between Promyde® B33L (standard, without impact modification, high stiffness) and Promyde® B33 P2 HI (High Impact, extrusion grade). MID is the optimum choice for series-produced molded parts under medium loads, where impact resistance is required without a significant loss of stiffness or increase in cost. The low viscosity (η_rel 3.0) provides fast filling of thin-walled and complex molds.</p>

<p>Examid® PA66 NC is an injection molding grade of polyamide 66 in natural color (NC — Natural Color, without dyes or pigments). A standard general-purpose workhorse PA66 with a hexamethylenediamine + adipic acid molecular structure. Compared with PA6 (Promyde®, the Examid® PA6 series), it offers a higher melting temperature (260 vs 220 °C), higher stiffness and strength and better heat resistance, but is more demanding to mold (a more viscous melt and a narrow processing window).</p>
<p>The natural color (an opalescent beige-milky shade) opens up coloring with masterbatches to any target color, including translucent and pastel shades. It is a universal engineering polyamide for series-produced molded parts under medium and high loads, especially where service at 90–120 °C is required — the range in which standard PA6 already loses stiffness.</p>

<p>Examid® PA6 HI300 is an injection molding grade of polyamide 6 with enhanced impact modification and high melt flow, specifically developed for service at extremely low temperatures down to −60 °C. Designation: HI — High Impact, 300 — the lower service limit expressed in Kelvin (213 K ≈ −60 °C, rounded to the 300 K thermal window around the operating range).</p>
<p>It is produced by polycondensation of ε-caprolactam with the addition of an elastomeric modifier at increased concentration (typically 15–25 % EPDM-g-MA, vs 5–10 % in a standard HI grade). This ensures that impact strength at −60 °C is retained at a level comparable to that of standard PA6 at +23 °C — critical for applications in arctic conditions, military equipment and polar electronics.</p>

<p>Examid® PA610 H120M is an injection-molding grade of polyamide 6.10 with reduced water absorption and high melt flow for injection moulding. Designation: H — high flow, 120 — melt flow indicator (MFR in the 100–120 g/10 min range at 270 °C / 5 kg), M — moulding/modified. The PA610 base molecule is ~40 % bio-based (sebacic acid from castor oil).</p>
<p>It is positioned between PA6 (cheaper, but with 9 % water absorption) and PA12 (more expensive, with 1.5 % water absorption) — offering ~3 % water absorption at saturation (3 times lower than PA6) at a cost only 20–40 % above PA6. The high melt flow is optimized for thin-wall molding of complex geometry — typically long flow paths and thin walls of cable ties, technical housings and guides.</p>
<p>It replaces the Soviet-era PA 610-L (OST 6-11-498-79) in applications where a transition to EN/ISO specifications is possible while the low-water-absorption requirement remains. It is compatible with designs developed for legacy PA610, but with modern batch quality control and property consistency.</p>
<p>Typical parameters: density ~1.08 g/cm³, MFR ~100–120 g/10 min, water absorption ~3 % at saturation (vs ~9 % for PA6 and ~8 % for PA66), Tm 220 °C, HDT/A ~80–95 °C (ISO 75-2, 1.8 MPa), continuous service temperature up to 100 °C, notched Charpy impact strength 5–8 kJ/m² at 23 °C (ISO 179-1eA), with 60–70 % retained at −30 °C. <p>A cable tie is a mass-produced item with a very specific set of requirements: reliable tooth engagement in the head with a “snap and forget” action, stable retention of the assembled bundle without slipping, resistance to impact loads during tightening, and a long service life (5–25 years) in outdoor use. P1136 balances strap stiffness and ratchet tooth elasticity — critical for reliable engagement without subsequent self-release.</p>

The material is resistant to high dynamic loads and has good electrical insulation properties. PA66 parts are resistant to automotive fuel, greases, hydrocarbons and petroleum products.</p>
