Description


Examid® PA6 CF30 is a high-performance polyamide 6 reinforced with 30 % carbon fiber and heat-stabilized for service at elevated temperatures. The material combines high stiffness (17,000 MPa) with excellent impact strength (70 kJ/m²), remaining strong and reliable even under dynamic loads.

Thanks to its excellent melt flow, Examid® PA6 CF30 is well suited for manufacturing thin-walled, high-precision technical parts where heat dissipation, strength and dimensional stability are critical at the same time.

Low shrinkage (down to 0.2–0.4 % in the flow direction) ensures high geometric accuracy, while excellent processability makes the material a reliable choice for series production of complex components.
