Description
Examid PA6 GF50 R10 offers good surface quality, high mechanical strength and stiffness, and good electrical insulation properties. It has good flowability, low warpage and high wear resistance. It withstands dynamic loads and is tough. It offers high resistance to heat (170 to 200 °C for short periods; 80 to 160 °C for prolonged periods) and to chemicals such as fuels, lubricants, road salt, solvents, cleaning agents, oils and greases. Suitable for injection molding.

Applications
Examid PA6 GF50 R10 is used in the production of highly loaded mechanical parts such as turnstile components, UAV bodies, drone parts, gears, bushings, rollers and guides. These components require materials with high wear resistance, impact strength and stiffness. Examid PA6 GF50 R10 is widely used for automotive components such as fasteners, engine covers, suspension components and other parts exposed to significant mechanical and thermal loads. Glass fibre provides improved strength and stiffness, which is critical for automotive parts. Thanks to its good electrical insulation properties, this material is suitable for electrical components such as insulators, connectors and housings for various equipment. It withstands high temperatures and chemical exposure. The use of Examid PA6 GF50 R10 in sports equipment components, for example in bicycle frames or ski components, provides strength, low thermal expansion and good impact resistance at low temperatures.
