30% Glass Fiber PA6, Black High-Flow — Examid® PA6 GF30 6360

Description

Examid® PA6 GF30 6360 is a black polyamide 6 reinforced with 30% glass fiber, featuring high flow: MFR of 45 g/10 min (275 °C, 5 kg) versus the typical 20–30 of standard PA6 GF30. A direct advantage on thin-walled and geometrically complex parts — reliable filling, lower pressure, shorter cycle.

The mechanics are balanced: tensile strength of 170 MPa, flexural modulus of 8000 MPa, Izod notched impact of 15 kJ/m² — above class average thanks to an optimized formulation. HDT of 218 °C at 0.45 MPa.

The ready-to-mold black color eliminates the coloring step. In property profile the grade covers Ultramid® B3EG6-class applications in black, with an advantage in flow and economics.

High-flow black PA6 GF30 for thin-walled and complex parts

FAQ

What does MFR 45 mean in practice?

Filling thin walls and long flow paths at lower pressure: fewer short-shot rejects, shorter cycles, less tool wear.

Do parts need coloring?

No, the grade comes ready-to-mold in black — a stable shade without masterbatch.

Which Ultramid® grade does it match?

Covers Ultramid® B3EG6-class (PA6 GF30) applications in black, with a flow advantage.
