Description
Examid® PA6 GF20/CF10 is a unique composite material based on impact-modified polyamide 6 reinforced with 20 % glass fiber and 10 % carbon fiber. Thanks to this dual reinforcement system and a balanced formulation, the material demonstrates an exceptional combination of stiffness, impact strength and dimensional stability under multi-component loads and variable temperatures.
Unlike traditional filled PA6 compounds, Examid® PA6 GF20/CF10 retains high low-temperature performance and impact resistance even at sub-zero temperatures, ensuring reliability in outdoor service and under thermal shock.
The material is recommended for structures where the combination of strength, toughness, stability and processability is critical.
