Description

Globalprene 3710 is a low-molecular-weight linear SBS block copolymer with no oil extension (SBS-NOE, dry grade) produced by LCY Group. Its low solution viscosity enables easy formulation of solvent-based and hot-melt adhesives, fast dissolution and clean rheology without plasticizers. It serves as an alternative to Kraton D 1116/D 1118/D 1119 in many formulations.

Applications

Solvent-borne and hot-melt adhesives. Contact adhesives, label and tape PSAs, structural HMAs — provides cohesion without plasticizers. An alternative to Kraton D 1118/D 1116 in adhesive formulations.

Bitumen modification (PMB). Improves deformation resistance and the temperature range of road binder.

Polyolefin compounding. Impact modifier and compatibilizer for formulations based on PE, LDPE, HDPE and PP.

Adhesive and sealing compounds. Construction sealants, assembly adhesives, label tapes.
