Description


Polyamide 6 filled with 30 % glass fiber. Parts made of polyamide PA-6 210 KS offer the most favorable strength-to-cost ratio. The polyamide complies with OST 6-11-498-79 and has a very wide range of applications thanks to its technical characteristics: electrical-insulating properties, tensile and compressive strength, and a wide operating temperature range.

Applications


Widely used for injection molding of electrical, structural and general-purpose parts. Used in the automotive industry (under-hood components, steering elements, interior parts) and the furniture industry (handles, casters, office-chair bases). In the railway industry it is used for insulating bushings and various track superstructure elements. Glass-filled polyamide is also used for molding sporting goods components, especially clamps, fasteners and connectors.
