Black Masterbatch 40% MW-PE100

Description

A premium masterbatch developed specifically for pressure water supply pipes and polyethylene gas pipes. The masterbatch contains high-purity P-type carbon black, which provides the highest specific pigment surface area and, consequently, the highest tinting strength (up to 120%). P-type carbon black has a very low content of ash (less than 0.1%), sulfur and extractables, so this grade is approved for use in products in contact with food and in water supply pipes. Only virgin polyethylene is used as the polymer matrix, and the processing additives (stabilizer, processing aid) meet FDA requirements and are more stable in terms of migration.

Black masterbatch 40% MW-PE100 features improved carbon black distribution, reduced moisture absorption and high physical and mechanical properties, and pipes based on it meet the requirements of international regulatory documents.
