Thanks to a high-quality HAF-type carbon black combined in proportion with high-structure P-type carbon, our concentrate delivers excellent tinting strength, maximum jetness and intensity. Pigment dispersion and distribution match premium concentrates. It supports excellent tensile modulus and elongation values of PE in black films down to 10 µm thick. The formulation of this black masterbatch broadens its versatility, allowing it to color virtually any polymer with processing temperatures below 320 °C.

Applications:

Used for coloring various polymer products made of polyethylene and polypropylene: structural injection-molded parts, extruded sheets, profiles and pipes. Suitable for coloring compounds based on polyolefins, EVA, PVC and TPE. Ideal for polymer packaging and agricultural films. Also used for cost-effective UV stabilization of polymers, static reduction and improved wear resistance of compounds.
