Glass-Filled Polyphthalamide PPA GF50 ForTii Ace MX53

Description

PPA GF50 ForTii Ace MX53 is a high-performance polyphthalamide (PPA) reinforced with 50 % glass fiber, offering unique characteristics and chemical resistance. Its high aromatic content and high glass transition temperature ensure high part stiffness and low creep even at temperatures up to 150 °C. It withstands peak temperatures up to 330 °C. Moisture absorption is slow, with minimal effect on dimensions. Thanks to its properties, this material can be used in extreme conditions.

Applications

Used for engine components such as thermostat housings, pump housings and other highly loaded parts exposed to high temperatures. Applied in high-performance electrical connectors and other components requiring high heat resistance and mechanical strength.
