Glass-Filled Polyamide Examid PA66 GF30-15PTFE

Description

A glass-filled compound based on polyamide 66 containing polytetrafluoroethylene, with improved tribological performance.

Advantages

  • Improved tribological performance
  • Good anti-friction properties
  • High wear resistance
  • High strength and stiffness

Applications

Automotive industry: Liners and bushings: used in the production of liners and bushings thanks to high wear resistance and the ability to withstand high loads. Gears and pulleys: Polyamide 66 is suitable for manufacturing gears and discs requiring high precision and operation under significant mechanical loads. Sliding elements: used in moving parts thanks to good anti-friction properties and reduced wear.

Textile and office equipment: Mechanical parts: thanks to its wear resistance and durability, PA 66 is used in textile machines and office equipment. Bearings and sliding elements: high wear resistance makes polyamide 66 an ideal material for bearings and sliding elements in printers and other devices.

Instrument making and precision mechanics: Control systems: polyamide 66 is used in the production of components for precision instruments and control systems thanks to its stable mechanical properties. Switches and working parts: thanks to its high strength and stiffness, PA 66 is an ideal material for parts that must withstand constant mechanical loads.
