High-Flow Impact-Resistant Polyamide 6 Examid PA6 N6005
Description
This is a high-quality medium-viscosity polyamide 6 produced by polycondensation of ε-caprolactam. It offers high mechanical strength and hardness, high impact strength, good vibration damping, high chemical resistance (especially to organic solvents, oils, greases and fuels) and high heat resistance (service temperature range from -60 °C to +150 °C).
Key characteristics of the high-flow polyamide Examid 6 N6005 include:
- very high melt flow, suitable for parts with complex geometry
- elastic and strong
- resistance to corrosive attack
- high wear resistance
- self-lubricating — can run without lubrication in friction pairs
- full environmental safety — non-toxic and safe for humans

Applications
Intended for injection-molded products requiring high strength (including thin-walled parts), monofilaments, fibers, bristles, threads, as well as for granulates modified by compounding. Examid 6 N6005 from Material Wizard is suitable for the production of articles in contact with food.
