Description


Virgin polyamide 6 modified with a polyamide elastomer, containing 30% high-strength glass fiber and glass microspheres. A heat-stabilized, weather-resistant, UV-stabilized, hydrolysis-resistant injection molding grade with reduced moisture absorption. It features low warpage and pleasant organoleptic characteristics together with a well-balanced property profile. Outperforms domestic and foreign counterparts in the mid-price segment.

Applications


Recommended for parts where standard glass-filled PA6 grades cannot deliver the required property stability under varying moisture exposure and temperature fluctuations. The material molds parts of highly complex geometry extremely well, and thanks to its relatively low price it can find use in any industrial sector. Positioned as a counterpart to the impact-resistant glass-filled polyamides Grodnamid PA6-LTCh-SV30P and Armamid PA SV30-1 ETM.

Processing recommendations


Drying temperature 80 °C. Drying time depends on the moisture content and the type of drying equipment. Recommended time 4-10 hours.

Zone temperatures 230 ÷ 260 °C. To avoid thermal degradation of the material, temperatures above 290 °C are not recommended.

Injection pressure 80 ÷ 100 MPa, 90 MPa recommended.

Mold temperature 60 ÷ 80 °C.
