Glass-Filled Polybutylene Terephthalate Exablend PBT GF25 G3200
Description
A PBT-based compound: heat-stabilized, hydrolysis-resistant, light-stabilized, UV-stabilized. Grey color.
A well-balanced material with excellent gloss and outstanding color stability. It has low moisture absorption and stable properties under various environmental conditions.
Key properties
- fire safety
- excellent electrical performance
- dimensional accuracy
Applications
A material with a wide range of applications. For parts requiring UL94 V0 flame resistance, it can be used instead of flame-retardant polyamide. Exablend GF25 G3200 is well suited for molding high-quality hardware and electrical components. It can be used as a more modern replacement for polyamide and does not cause warpage or sink marks thanks to its shrinkage anisotropy.
