PA-FR-1000 — polyamide of increased strength and improved rheological properties

It offers high performance in the temperature range from -60 to +150 °C. Reliable and productive in molding, stable during service and processing. This material guarantees part reliability in the most varied applications. It allows strong parts of any complexity to be produced on injection machines. The presence of such unique qualities in this type of polyamide makes it possible to solve complex engineering tasks in part molding.

Examid — a line of polyamides with unique properties.

Introduced into production in 2017, the high-grade Examid polyamides from the Material Wizard trademark help to significantly increase efficiency in many processes. Examid GST-E is a polyamide with a reduced friction coefficient for high-speed mechanisms. Products made from this material have a service life up to 20 times longer than antifriction European grades, and up to 5 times longer than wear-resistant PTFE. The flexible high-flow grades with increased transparency, Examid 6, and reduced water absorption are used for molding cable ties and transparent meter housings. The metal-replacing Examid PA66 GF50 differs from similar polyamides in its increased heat resistance, strength, hardness and rigidity, enhanced by a glass-fibre filler.

PA-TPE systems, thermoplastic injection-molding polyester Exablend

PA-TPE systems are used for two-component molding with improved adhesion, where the first component is the polyamide part of the piece and the second is a soft TPE insert. The adhesion strength of our system is several times higher than in the solutions available on the market. Exablend is a compound with the strength of a polyamide and extremely low water absorption. It often serves as a substitute for ABS, polycarbonate, polyamide and PBT. Parts made from Exablend show no warping or sink marks.
