It is the lightest-filled grade of the T-27 GF series: it delivers a marked gain in stiffness and heat resistance over unfilled PA6 (HDT\/A 195 \u00b0C vs 60 \u00b0C) while keeping better flow (MVR 60 cm\u00b3\/10 min), lower tool wear and better surface quality than 30\u201350 % glass grades.<\/p>\n<p>Material Wizard supplies Tarnamid\u00ae T-27 GF15 in Ukraine (subject to availability), in the manufacturer&#8217;s standard 25 kg bags, with Grupa Azoty technical documentation. On request we provide technical support on processing, parameter selection and substitution with comparable grades.<\/p>\n<h3>Key properties<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>15 % glass fibre \u2014 tensile modulus 5 700 MPa and tensile strength 130 MPa dry (3 500 \/ 70 conditioned)<\/li>\n<li>HDT\/A 195 \u00b0C per ISO 75-2 (1.8 MPa), VST\/B\/50 215 \u00b0C \u2014 dimensional stability under heat<\/li>\n<li>Strain at break 4 % dry \/ 14 % conditioned \u2014 more ductility than GF30<\/li>\n<li>MVR 60 cm\u00b3\/10 min (275 \u00b0C \/ 5 kg) \u2014 good filling of thin-walled parts<\/li>\n<li>Unnotched impact 50 kJ\/m\u00b2, notched 6 kJ\/m\u00b2 (23 \u00b0C, dry)<\/li>\n<li>Shrinkage 0.4 % parallel \/ 1.2 % normal \u2014 account for anisotropy in mould design<\/li>\n<li>Moisture absorption 2.7 % (23 \u00b0C, 50 % RH), saturation 8.3 %<\/li>\n<li>Flammability HB; for V-0 the range offers T-27 GF15 FRV0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Applications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Power-tool and appliance housings with surface-aesthetics requirements<\/li>\n<li>Covers, brackets and holders in automotive interiors and engine bays<\/li>\n<li>Furniture hardware, rollers, guides<\/li>\n<li>Electrical housings and terminal blocks without V-0 requirements<\/li>\n<li>Parts where GF30 is too stiff or causes excessive mould wear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Processing recommendations<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Injection moulding.<\/strong> Pre-drying is mandatory: 80 \u00b0C for 4\u20136 h in a dehumidifying dryer to a residual moisture of no more than 0.1\u20130.2 %. Typical barrel temperature profile 250\u2013275 \u00b0C, mould temperature 70\u201390 \u00b0C. Use a screw and nozzle resistant to glass-fibre abrasion; regrind up to 20\u201325 % provided it is dried.
