A balanced structural compound: stiffness (tensile modulus of 10,000 MPa), tensile strength of 150 MPa and Izod notched impact of 13 kJ\/m\u00b2 \u2014 higher than most glass-filled PA6 and POM grades at comparable loading.<\/p>\n<p>The main argument against PA6 GF30 is stability under humidity: the polyketone matrix absorbs almost no water, so part mechanics and geometry do not degrade in wet environments and require no conditioning. HDT of 200 \u00b0C at 1.8 MPa, low flow-direction shrinkage of 0.3\u20130.5%.<\/p>\n<p>Chemical resistance to fuels, solvents and alkalis exceeds that of polyamides \u2014 a solid choice for pump components, valves and fuel-system parts.
