The grade targets parts that require not maximum modulus<br \/>\n    at any cost, but a balanced combination of strength, stiffness, impact resistance,<br \/>\n    stable geometry and resistance to technical media.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    Unlike highly filled grades with 50% GF, Exablend\u00ae POK GF30 G2 retains a wider processing<br \/>\n    window and a better balance between reinforcement and mechanical endurance. This makes the<br \/>\n    material suitable for series-molded parts where accuracy, service life, stable operation<br \/>\n    in humid or chemically active environments and control of post-molding deformation are important.\n  <\/p>\n<h3>Engineering logic of the grade<\/h3>\n<p>\n    POK GF30 G2 should be viewed as an intermediate engineering grade between unreinforced<br \/>\n    polyketone and high-stiffness GF50 compounds. Glass fiber increases the modulus, reduces<br \/>\n    shrinkage and improves shape stability, while the polyketone matrix retains the strengths of POK:<br \/>\n    low water absorption, chemical resistance, wear resistance and good behavior in parts<br \/>\n    involving friction, moisture, fuel or oils.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    This grade is particularly useful for parts where polyamide may be too sensitive to moisture,<br \/>\n    POM does not provide the required stiffness or temperature margin, and excessive 50% GF<br \/>\n    reinforcement may be redundant due to impact requirements, complex geometry or molding processability.\n  <\/p>\n<h3>Typical applications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>structural automotive parts;<\/li>\n<li>under-hood components;<\/li>\n<li>electrical and electronic housings;<\/li>\n<li>precision gears;<\/li>\n<li>technical elements with increased dimensional stability requirements;<\/li>\n<li>parts operating in contact with oils, fuel or technical fluids;<\/li>\n<li>assemblies where wear resistance, friction control and repeatable geometry are important.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key advantages of Exablend\u00ae POK GF30 G2<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>30% glass fiber for increased stiffness and shape stability;<\/li>\n<li>tensile strength of 150 MPa;<\/li>\n<li>tensile modulus of 10 000 MPa;<\/li>\n<li>flexural modulus of 7 500 MPa;<\/li>\n<li>better impact behavior compared with stiffer highly filled grades;<\/li>\n<li>low linear shrinkage in the flow direction;<\/li>\n<li>HDT of 200 \u00b0C at 1.8 MPa load;<\/li>\n<li>resistance to chemical and fuel\/oil environments;<\/li>\n<li>good suitability for precision molded parts with series repeatability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technical characteristics<\/h3>\n<p>\n    The main physical, mechanical and thermal characteristics are given in the table below. When<br \/>\n    evaluating POK GF30 G2 it is important to look not only at strength or modulus, but at the full<br \/>\n    set of parameters: shrinkage, impact strength, HDT, stability in humid environments and the actual<br \/>\n    operating conditions of the part.\n  <\/p>\n<h3>Processing recommendations<\/h3>\n<p>\n    Exablend\u00ae POK GF30 G2 is intended for injection molding. The material processes well,<br \/>\n    but for stable part quality it is necessary to control drying, mold temperature,<br \/>\n    cavity filling and melt residence time in the barrel.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    For reinforced POK it is important to take into account glass fiber orientation, the difference<br \/>\n    in shrinkage along and across the flow, weld line locations and wall thickness uniformity.<br \/>\n    These factors often determine not only mechanical strength but also the actual accuracy<br \/>\n    of the finished part.\n  <\/p>\n<h3>What to consider when selecting the material<\/h3>\n<p>\n    POK GF30 G2 is worth testing when a stiff but not excessively brittle structural part is<br \/>\n    required. The grade is well suited for projects that need a balance between reinforcement,<br \/>\n    impact endurance, dimensional stability and chemical resistance.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    If the primary requirement is maximum stiffness and minimum deformation under load,<br \/>\n    POK GF50 should be considered.
