PA610 is synthesized from hexamethylenediamine and sebacic acid derived from castor oil, which gives approximately 40\u201350 % bio-based carbon in the matrix. A unique combination for a structural composite: a low carbon footprint plus carbon fiber reinforcement for metal-replacement-class mechanical performance.<\/p>\n<p>Compared with PA66 CF30, moisture absorption at saturation is 2\u20132.5 times lower (~3 % versus 7 %): part stiffness and dimensional accuracy remain stable in humid and tropical conditions. Compared with PA12 CF30, it wins on strength and modulus but has a lower melting temperature (Tm ~220 \u00b0C, HDT\/A ~200 \u00b0C per ISO 75-2, 1.8 MPa).<\/p>\n<p>Service temperature: up to 130 \u00b0C continuous, up to 160 \u00b0C short-term.
