Thanks to 33 % glass fiber reinforcement and a special lubricant additive, the material offers high stiffness, excellent flow in molding and stable geometry even under thermal cycling and exposure to moisture.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    The material is based on PA6T\/6I polyamide and is optimized for injection molding into water-heated molds, which allows a lower mold temperature, a shorter molding cycle and high fit accuracy.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    Owing to its low water absorption, high creep resistance and heat resistance up to 300 \u00b0C, Examid\u00ae PPA GF33 performs reliably in contact with hot water, aggressive media and oils.\n  <\/p>\n<h3>Advantages<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>High stiffness and strength under thermal loads<\/li>\n<li>Low shrinkage and precise part geometry<\/li>\n<li>Flow optimized for high-speed molding, low mold temperature<\/li>\n<li>Reliable performance under thermal cycling and in humid environments<\/li>\n<li>High thermal stability (HDT\/A up to 300 \u00b0C)<\/li>\n<li>High chemical inertness to lubricants, water and solvents<\/li>\n<li>Stable electrical insulating properties<\/li>\n<li>Suitable for metal replacement in complex assemblies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Applications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Connector and sensor housings where precision, tightness and resistance to heat and moisture are essential<\/li>\n<li>Automotive engine compartment assemblies \u2014 actuator housings, mounting brackets, components exposed to localized overheating<\/li>\n<li>Industrial parts operating under alternating thermal and mechanical loads: guides, bushings, levers<\/li>\n<li>Household and consumer appliances \u2014 heating elements, load-bearing frames, heat-resistant fasteners<\/li>\n<li>Technical assemblies with hot media \u2014 pump blocks, distributors, contact with oil or hot water<\/li>\n<li>Metal replacement in medium-complexity designs where minimal shrinkage and thermal expansion are critical<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>The values given are measured by in-house methods close to the corresponding ISO and GOST standards.
