The base polymer is a PA6T\/66 copolymer reinforced with 30 % glass fiber and formulated with halogen-free flame retardants, which provides stable physical and mechanical properties over a wide temperature range and a high level of flame resistance.\n  <\/p>\n<p>\n    The material is classified UL 94 V-0 (IEC 60695-11-10) at 0.8 and 3.0 mm thickness and also meets the 5VA rating, indicating its ability to withstand a vertical flame without dripping. The heat deflection temperature under load (HDT\/A) reaches 282 \u00b0C, which allows the material to be used near heat sources for extended periods.\n  <\/p>\n<h3>Advantages<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>UL 94 V-0 flammability rating (IEC 60695-11-10) at 0.8 \/ 3.0 mm, supports the 5VA rating<\/li>\n<li>High heat resistance \u2014 up to 282 \u00b0C (HDT, 1.8 MPa)<\/li>\n<li>Reliable impact strength at low temperatures (down to \u201330 \u00b0C)<\/li>\n<li>Stable dielectric characteristics and electrical insulation<\/li>\n<li>Resistance to microcracking and thermal deformation<\/li>\n<li>Low organic emissions (VOC) and moderate odor (per VDA scale)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Applications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Housings and components of automotive electronics where high flame resistance (V-0 \/ 5VA) and thermal stability are critical<\/li>\n<li>Power and control electrical equipment \u2014 relays, connectors, switching units, junction boxes<\/li>\n<li>Thin-walled technical parts that must retain their geometry and stiffness at high temperature and humidity<\/li>\n<li>Assemblies near heat sources \u2014 in converters, inverters, ventilation systems and ICE control systems<\/li>\n<li>Electrical insulation components and coil bobbins requiring resistance to breakdown voltage and stable dielectric losses<\/li>\n<li>Household appliances and lighting equipment requiring VDA compliance, flame resistance and low VOC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>The values indicated are measured using internal methods close to the corresponding ISO and GOST standards.
