It is a general-purpose injection-molding grade with an MFR of ~30 g\/10 min, developed for engineering parts in contact with aggressive media and under cyclic loading.<\/p>\n<p>The key distinguishing feature of polyketone compared with PA6\/PA66 is virtually zero water absorption (\u2264 0.5 % versus 7 % for PA66 at saturation). Part dimensions and mechanical properties remain stable regardless of ambient humidity and contact with hot water.<\/p>\n<p>POK M330A is positioned as a direct replacement for POM (acetal) in tribological assemblies where enhanced chemical resistance matters, and as a replacement for PA in systems in contact with fuel, coolants and glycols. Service temperature: up to 100 \u00b0C continuous, up to 130 \u00b0C short-term. Not intended for continuous service above 130 \u00b0C \u2014 for high-temperature applications consider PPS or PPA.<\/p>\n<h3>Key advantages<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Virtually zero water absorption \u2014 no loss of stiffness or dimensional stability in humid environments<\/li>\n<li>High resistance to fuel, diesel, glycols, brake fluids, oils, acids and alkalis<\/li>\n<li>Low coefficient of friction and wear \u2014 self-lubricating, a direct replacement for POM in gears and bushings<\/li>\n<li>Retains impact strength at temperatures down to \u221240 \u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Hydrolytic resistance in hot water and steam up to 100 \u00b0C \u2014 suitable for plumbing fittings<\/li>\n<li>Fast crystallization \u2014 short molding cycle, thin-walled parts<\/li>\n<li>High environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR) \u2014 resistant to cracking in contact with detergents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Applications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hot-water plumbing fittings:<\/strong> fittings, connectors, mixer bodies, manifold elements for underfloor heating systems<\/li>\n<li><strong>Automotive fuel and cooling systems:<\/strong> fuel line connectors, pump elements, filter housings, engine cooling system fittings<\/li>\n<li><strong>Power tools and drives:<\/strong> gears, bushings, guides \u2014 a direct replacement for POM with better chemical resistance<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pumps for aggressive liquids:<\/strong> housings, impellers, shafts of metering and circulation pumps<\/li>\n<li><strong>Household appliances in contact with water and steam:<\/strong> components of coffee machines, steam generators, dishwashers and washing machines<\/li>\n<li><strong>Industrial packaging for aggressive media:<\/strong> canisters, containers, lids with seals for chemical products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>The stated values are measured by in-house methods close to the corresponding ISO and GOST standards.
