It combines the core advantages of POK \u2014 virtually zero water absorption, chemical resistance to fuel\/glycols and hydrolysis resistance \u2014 with the increased stiffness and geometric stability characteristic of glass-filled composites.<\/p>\n<p>It is positioned as a structural alternative to PA66 GF30 in assemblies with constant moisture contact (PA66 GF30 loses up to 50 % of its stiffness at 5\u20137 % moisture absorption, while POK GF30 remains stable) and as a replacement for PBT GF30 where better resistance to fuel and hydrocarbons is required.<\/p>\n<p>Service temperature: ~120 \u00b0C continuous, up to 140 \u00b0C short-term. HDT\/A \u2248 200 \u00b0C (ISO 75-2, 1.8 MPa). Not intended for applications requiring UL 94 V-0 (standard GF30 NC is UL 94 HB) or for continuous service above 140 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<h3>Key advantages<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Tensile modulus ~8\u20139 GPa and yield strength ~150 MPa (ISO 527) \u2014 structural stiffness at the level of PA66 GF30 in humid environments<\/li>\n<li>Virtually zero water absorption \u2014 dimensional and mechanical stability regardless of humidity<\/li>\n<li>High resistance to fuel, diesel, glycols, brake fluids and oils<\/li>\n<li>Low post-molding shrinkage (~0.2\u20130.4 %) with a small flow\/transverse difference \u2014 accurate geometry of molded parts<\/li>\n<li>Hydrolytic resistance in hot water and steam up to 100 \u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>High environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR) in contact with detergents and coolants<\/li>\n<li>Natural color (NC) \u2014 can be colored with masterbatches on request<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Applications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Structural under-hood automotive components:<\/strong> brackets, thermostat housings, fuel and cooling system fittings, harness holders<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pumps and hydraulic assemblies:<\/strong> impellers, housings of circulation and metering pumps, manifold elements<\/li>\n<li><strong>Plumbing fittings under mechanical load:<\/strong> reinforced fittings, mixer and valve bodies for hot water<\/li>\n<li><strong>Medium-duty gears and drive assemblies:<\/strong> gear wheels, bushings in power tool and drive gearboxes<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conveyor systems for the food and chemical industries:<\/strong> chains, guides, contact elements resistant to detergents<\/li>\n<li><strong>Household and professional appliances:<\/strong> structural components of washing machines, dishwashers and heating pumps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>The stated values are measured by in-house methods close to the corresponding ISO and GOST standards.
