It offers high mechanical strength and hardness, high impact strength, good vibration damping, high chemical resistance (especially to organic solvents, oils, greases and fuels) and high heat resistance (service temperature range from -60 \u00b0C to +150 \u00b0C).<\/p>\n<h3>Key characteristics of the high-flow polyamide Examid 6 N6005 include:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>very high melt flow, suitable for parts with complex geometry<\/li>\n<li>elastic and strong<\/li>\n<li>resistance to corrosive attack<\/li>\n<li>high wear resistance<\/li>\n<li>self-lubricating \u2014 can run without lubrication in friction pairs<\/li>\n<li>full environmental safety \u2014 non-toxic and safe for humans<\/li>\n<li>resistance to aggressive media \u2014 seawater, hydrocarbons, oils, alcohol, ketones, esters, alkalis and weak acids<\/li>\n<li>excellent strength performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Applications<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Intended for injection-molded products requiring high strength (including thin-walled parts), monofilaments, fibers, bristles, threads, as well as for granulates modified by compounding.
